We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect product.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@easylifestore.co if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is missing parts (deficit)

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong product was received
  • The product is incomplete or missing parts

If your case is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.


No Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any products once delivered, unless the item is defective or incorrect as stated above.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you still have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, this applies only if the item is unused, in original condition, and meets eligibility requirements.
